Riding 4 Mentors, Cycling 4 Change: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; I Jamie Courtorielle am a proud aboriginal who's dedicated to Breaking the Cycle; Breaking the Cycle to addictions and to the street life which inevitably leads to gangs, institutions, or death. No body deserves to live this life, instead they need to see that there is another pathway out there. I took the road to recovery just over 3 years ago; I spent next to 10 years within my addiction and 5 years in and out of jail. With the guidance of Quest for Success and I Human Youth Society I found myself en route to Bonneville treatment Center. Since successfully completing Treatment, I have graduated with Honours from Concordia’s UCEP program and became I Human Youths Society’s Alumni. Because of my history I have become a Motivational Speaker. I presented at Bosco Homes, Grant MacEwan, Edmonton City Hall, and most recently at an Alberta Gang Reduction Training Symposium. Now I aim to bring my Motivational Speaking to new heights with Riding 4 Mentors & Cycling 4 Change!! I will need supporters, sponsors, donations etc- Riding 4 Mentors has an account set up to!!
